Age Divisions:

• Baby: 0-23 months
• Toddler: 2-3
• Little Miss: 4-5
• Petite Miss: 6-7
• Jr Miss: 8-9
• Pre-Teen: 10-12
• Teen: 13-16
• Miss: 17-21
• Ms.: 22+
• Elegant Miss: 40+
• Modern Woman: 22 & Up (Size 14 & Up)

👑 Areas of Competition:

• Beauty-Side Awards (mandatory Fun Fashion): $75
  Contestants will showcase their beauty and personality in a gown or dress of their choice.
  One Queen and two Runner Ups will be crowned in each age division.
  Awards for Best Hair, Most Beautiful, and Best Dressed are included!

• Fun Fashion/Runway: Show off your style and personality by modeling an outfit of your choice!

• PHOTO SUPREME (optional): $25
  Up to two photos (8x10 or 5x7) allowed, please label the back with contestant name and age division.
  Two Photo Supreme awards will be given by age group: 0-9 and 10-up.

• GRAND SUPREME QUEEN: $25
  Eligibility requires participation in Photo Supreme, Grand Supreme, and donating 50 items for the charity!
  Three Grand Supremes will be awarded in 0-3, 4-9, and 10 & up categories.

• CHARITY SUPREME: All donations go to Sullivan Heights Middle School Den!
  One winner will receive a crown and embroidered sash; runner up also earns a crown and gift.

Important Notes:

• Ages: 0-18
• No fake hair, no flippers; age-appropriate makeup is allowed.
• Payments are processed through Cognito form unless prearranged with the director.
• The director reserves the right to adjust age groups.
• All judging decisions are final; fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
