Consisting of Henry (vocals/guitar), Flick Case (vocals/guitar), Rachel Parr (vocals/bass), and Morgan (drums), The New Cut formed during their university years in Bristol, where they began crafting their unique sound. Influenced by bands like Black Country, New Road and Do Nothing, they produce angst-driven, riff-heavy tracks guaranteed to get stuck in your head! 🌟

Since their formation in 2021, this Bristol-based act has quickly risen in prominence, gaining momentum with hit releases and supporting iconic artists such as Buzzcocks, Sprints, and The Bug Club. Not to mention, they made it to the Green Man Festival's 2024 Emerging Talent longlist!

Their recent EP, a reflection of their early days in Bristol during lockdown, captures their emotional journey, making it a must-listen. Frontman Henry Gerrard shares, “the EP was named after the area Morgan and I lived in 2020, serving as a reflection of our experiences during the pandemic.”
