Our previous monthly winners, totaling 10, will battle it out in a friendly contest for this year’s title. Each storyteller gets 6 minutes to enchant the audience with a true snippet from their lives, revolving around a theme that will be announced later. Remember, no notes allowed—these stories must be told, not read!

Monthly events typically take place at Living Arts every second Friday, with winners moving on to compete in the Grand Slam. Participants will be judged by a panel of writers, literary figures, and seasoned slammers from across Tulsa. This event is recommended for mature audiences only.
