The goal is to share our thoughts, emotions, and experiences—whatever resonates within you at that moment. Participation is encouraged but not mandatory; everyone is welcome to engage as they feel comfortable.

- Speak from Personal Experience: Share thoughts and feelings from your perspective. A gentle signal will encourage personal sharing.
- Respect and Confidentiality: We honor each other's experiences; what’s shared remains within the circle.
- Talking Object: Only the person holding the object speaks, while clarifying questions may be posed.
- Time & Space for Sharing: Ensure everyone has the chance to express themselves without interruption.
- Consensual Support: Offer advice only when explicitly invited; respect each individual's journey.
- Awareness of Emotions: Recognize and respect emotional responses; support is offered only when requested.
- Personal Needs Matter: Be mindful of your needs and ensure respect for the group dynamic.
- Space Holders: Chosen by the organizing team, they assist in maintaining the flow of the circle and agree on its structure.
- Focus Rounds: A short segment may be initiated by the space holder to enhance support.
- Mobile Phones: Please keep devices silent, using them only for note-taking if necessary.
