ØVSA Live is inviting you for a night of deep, cell shaking, mind bending and body rolling tunes brought to you by
Ektoplast, Judith van Waterkant and eski.

As always you'll emerge into a soft, warm setting, close to the artists and their music with supreme sound quality.

We kindly ask you to arrive in the same hour between 7-8 pm. This ensures a wonderful atmosphere once the music starts and we can dance together undistrurbed by people coming in randomly from the streets.

There will be no ticket sale at the door during the concerts, you will have to buy your ticket beforehand to enter the event.

We are extremely excited to have Ektoplast performing with with us in our intimate ØVSA set up.
We have invited Ektoplast because he can create an unmatchable, cribbeling experience of electronic sounds, which make your whole body tingle and tickle. You will only really understand what it feels like when you have heard it. He performs live sets that combine original productions with improvisation, making each show a unique and evolving experience — perfect for creating both intimate atmospheres and energetic club vibes.

With a background in contemporary music composition and sound art, Clément Demonsant (Ektoplast) holds a Master’s degree in electroacoustic composition from the National Conservatory of Music and Dance (France). His work bridges electronic music, performance, and sound installation, often creating links between sound, architecture, and the visual arts.

Ektoplast is based in Berlin and known for weaving slow, hypnotic rhythms with deep, emotional textures. He has released on; Crépite, Talpa rec, Down, Underyourskin, Afterhour, Magician on duty, Rithmocode and performed at: Fusion Festival (GER), Kater Blau (GER), Boom Festival (PT), Noisily Festival (UK), LaNature (BG) and is a resident DJ at Beate Uwe.

It's a huge pleasure to be able to share with you, that Judith van Waterkant will be joining us on this night! Besides her phenomenal sound, she also has done a lot of important work in the club scene, which has insipred us and others in many ways.

Judith van Waterkant is a DJ, producer, and psychologist whose hypnotic sound has become a staple in the electronic music scene. Hailing from Northern Germany, she has developed a unique style within "Slowrave" – a blend of driving techno and decelerated, melodic elements that create immersive, hypnotic dance floor experiences.

In the late 90s, Judith found her way into the left-leaning techno scene in Rostock. In the early 2000s, she attended the Fusion Festival for the first time, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion. While studying psychology she tirelessly organized events and built networks since then – a commitment that still drives her today.

The dream of standing behind the decks herself has been fraught with hurdles as a woman in a patriarchal music industry.
Her experiences with sexism and the slow process of overcoming these barriers later became a topic she has openly addressed. Through her apperances on podcasts, in documentaries and lots of work within the scene she has offered deep insights into the fight against sexism and for visibility and respect in the business.

Judith van Waterkant continues to push boundaries. She is not only an artist but also an important voice for more equality and awareness in the club scene.

With releases on Acker Records / 3000 Grad, Heimlich, Meeronaouten and performances around prominent clubs, events and festivals like Fusion, arte concert, Laut & Luise, Karrusel Festival, Kater Blau, Südpol, Institut fuer Zukunft, Ved Siden Af and many, many, many more you will surely be spoiled by her solid exprience and mix of own productions and carefully selected tracks.

eski is a Copenhagen based DJ, bringing bounce and ease to every dancefloor with a sound that she playfully calls "Schnekno con queso." It's deep, dry, rolling bass laced with hip-hop flair, electric guitar riffs, and always with a hint of riot. Operating in the 100-120 BPM range, she moves fluidly between down-midtempo, indie dance, and reimagined elements of acid and psy techno – creating a quirky, boundary-seeking sonic signature sound scape.
