Party for the Planet Earth Day & Recycled Art Sculpture Contest

Join us for a vibrant celebration at Party for the Planet in honor of Earth Day! 🌱 We have exciting activities lined up that are perfect for the whole family. Plus, you can cast your vote for your favorite recycled art sculpture from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the Main Event Room at the Zoo.

Recycled Art Sculpture Contest:

Artists, this is your moment! 🖌️✨ After last year's overwhelming response, Miller Park Zoo will once again host a Recycled Art Sculpture Contest. Create a sculpture using recycled materials like plastic containers, paper, or wood, and let your imagination run wild—just make sure your sculpture reflects an animal form!

Prizes will be awarded for four different age brackets, so don't miss your chance to shine! Bring your sculpture to the Zoo by Friday, April 24 (9:30 AM - 4:30 PM), and let the guests decide the winners on April 25! 🌟
