Join us for a fantastic two-day cycling experience in the heart of Sac County, Iowa, on May 8–9, 2026! Prairie Pedal 2026 invites you to explore the beauty of the Midwest with exhilarating bike rides, delightful live music, and the warm hospitality of small-town charm.

Friday — May 8

Prairie Pedal: The “Just One More” Ride
📍 Start Location: The Pelican Pub, Lake View, Iowa
🕕 Social: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
🕖 Ride Roll-out: 6:00 PM
Kick off your Prairie Pedal weekend with a relaxed sunset ride down the scenic Sauk Rail Trail. Enjoy easy miles, good company, and maybe a drink or two! ☀️

Saturday — May 9

Prairie Pedal Main Event Ride
📍 Start Location: Indian Lanes Bowling Alley, Sac City, Iowa
🕗 Bloody Mary Bar & Check-In: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
🕙 Ride Start: 10:00 AM
Start your Saturday with a refreshing Bloody Mary before hitting the trails! Riders will receive one drink ticket to enjoy throughout the day.

Route Options:

• Headwind Route (Long) – approximately 60 miles
• Crosswind Route (Medium) – approximately 40 miles
• Tailwind Route (Short) – approximately 25 miles
  All routes are fully supported to showcase the best of Sac County's stunning landscapes!

Saturday Night — Live Music
