Primal Play Workshop in Copenhagen 🌱

When we feel safe, we play! Just like animals, we can connect beyond words. This workshop opens a space for authentic connections through movement, touch, sound, and breath. Each encounter unfolds from the rawness of the moment, allowing everything from cuddling to playful wrestling to heartfelt tears.

What to Expect:
The heart of the workshop is Primal Play, a non-verbal experience where you and a partner explore your natural impulses on a mat. What movements resonate with your body? What feels genuine and joyful?

We'll start with simple embodiment exercises—first individually, then connecting with others. Everything is optional, and I'll guide you as we tune into your moment-to-moment feelings. This is an opportunity to explore your desires and boundaries through physical expression.

Who Can Join?

Everyone is welcome; no previous experience is required. All exercises are voluntary, and rotating pairs allow you the freedom to choose your partners. This is a substance-free space.

About the Facilitator:

Led by a certified psychotherapist and facilitator in embodiment and intimacy, this workshop encourages individuals, couples, and groups to slow down and truly connect with what is real. With a rich background in authentic relating, nervous system regulation, and embodiment, the facilitator creates a warm, playful environment for exploring intimacy.
