About the Instructor: Cynthia Welte has dedicated over 25 years to horticulture, working with nurseries and managing gardens in the Seattle area. She teaches horticulture at Edmonds College, leads tours at the Arboretum, and loves gardening at home in Beacon Hill, Seattle. 🌿
