Join us for an empowering journey where you can express your inner Goddess and connect with the Divine Feminine! This dance workshop is designed exclusively for women aged 25 and over, focusing on self-empowerment and personal expression.

✨ Exciting Update: After many years, the Sacred Sensuality Dance Classes for women are back! Enjoy a private atmosphere with closed curtains, allowing you to explore your sensuality through dance without any performance pressure. This is a class for you, whether for personal rituals, spiritual practices, or even just for yourself at home. 🌸

💃 Get ready for an intimate experience featuring classy and tasteful movements, including floorwork. Please bring thin volleyball knee pads or a yoga mat (available for borrowing at the studio), and prepare for a full-body workout! This class is not recommended for those with knee issues.

🧘‍♀️ We’ll dive into segments dedicated to Goddesses and the Elements, along with other spiritual practices such as meditative movement, chanting, and yoga. Please ensure you are comfortable with the adult and spiritual themes explored in this class.

❗ Important Note: This is not a bellydance class; our other classes offer family-friendly options suitable for all ages. This workshop is uniquely tailored for adult women, providing a rich educational experience.
