The session will commence with a guided relaxation, leading us into an enchanting sound journey featuring the Gong and crystal singing bowls. Feel free to lie down, relax, and let the soothing sounds wash over you as cacao works its magic. 🍵 At the end of the ceremony, enjoy a comforting cup of rose tea while you bask in the warmth of cacao’s glow.

• Cacao contains theobromine which can stimulate the system similar to caffeine. If caffeine-sensitive, please consult before attending.
• Those on antidepressants may experience reactions; please inform me of any medications prior to booking.
• Cacao is generally safe during pregnancy, but consult with me for appropriate dosage.

• Gong is not recommended for women in their first trimester, children under 13, those with severe mental health issues, pacemakers or metal implants, and individuals with sound-induced epilepsy.
