🪘 Ecstatic Drum Circle: Led by the wonderful Alan and Jaime, we'll kick off the night by diving into a vibrant drum circle. This is your chance to shake off daily stress and embrace the joyful expression of self! Feel free to bring your own drums and percussion instruments, as a limited supply will also be available for sharing.

🔔 Transition to Sound Circle: As we reach the halfway point, we’ll shift into a more subtle sound circle. Experience softer drumming and rattling, culminating with a majestic 36" gathering drum.

🙏 Healing Intentions: This portion invites you to share your healing aspirations and prayers, amplifying the collective energies created throughout the evening.

🎵 Vocal Toning & Crystal Bowls: We’ll conclude with a soothing session of vocal toning, accompanied by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls—creating a sacred space for reflection and togetherness.
