As spring awakens and daylight extends, these weekly Sound Baths offer a unique opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect with the season's natural rhythm. Through immersive sounds and gentle guidance, we cultivate a space where you can relax your body, quiet your mind, and realign your energy to flow with what is ready to blossom in your life.

Each session will feature:
🎶 Crystal singing bowls and grounding frequencies
🔔 Gongs for deep clearing and reset
🥁 Drumming & Reiki energy to facilitate release and balance
🎸 Live voice and guitar (as guided by the group's energy)
