Dive deep into the art and science of sourdough baking with this hands-on experience designed for both beginners and seasoned bakers. Discover the secrets behind fermentation and gluten development, and learn how to achieve that perfect rise and flavor.

• Master starter cultivation, dough preparation, shaping, and baking techniques
• Create a traditional rustic sourdough boule
• Explore how to use your sourdough starter to craft other delicious items like pizzas, focaccia, baguettes, and more!
• Take home a starter culture and your own ready-to-bake boule!
