April opens the floodgates of feeling. This circle invites you into the sacred waters where grief softens, rage liberates, longing awakens, and tenderness heals. Through somatic release, intuitive movement, expressive painting, and water-based rituals, we will create a ceremonial space for emotional transformation.

Here, nothing is too much. Nothing is wrong. Nothing needs fixing.

• Tears become prayer.
• Anger transforms into clarity.
• Art becomes liberation.

This is a space to set down your armor, let the waters flow, and allow your body to remember its natural rhythm.

About Your Facilitator:
Tina blends somatics, ritual, earth wisdom, and intentional creativity into her soul work. She crafts spaces for women to soften their nervous systems, awaken their bodies, express their emotional landscapes, and reclaim their innate power. With movement, breath, expressive painting, and sacred ritual, Tina guides women through cycles of release, integration, and rebirth, restoring trust in the body, creativity, and presence as the path home.
