This event, featuring artists Natasha and Catalina Premezzi, embraces the beautiful journey of transformation—much like the lotus flower that rises from the mud. 🌼✨

What to Expect:

• Two guided yoga sessions lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes each.
• Warm up to the environment as doors open 25 minutes prior. ⏳
• Experience an immersive installation reflecting cycles of growth, accompanied by uplifting soundscapes. 🎵

Participants of all skill levels are welcome! Natasha will guide the sessions, encouraging everyone to flow with ease rather than strive for perfection. 🌱
