The exhibition's title is derived from the Swedish word for the hull of a vessel, symbolizing the structural shell that endures pressure, impact, and exposure.
In her first European solo show at HUD SPACE, TERSA BRUTA delves into the notions of the body as both structure and surface. Witness a stunning display of handcrafted metal, bone, and organic forms that beautifully balance protection and vulnerability. Here, the surface is not merely armor; it transforms into a responsive, living layer molded by touch, repetition, and the passage of time.
