Established in 2008, The Georges meld the best of country and roots rock with a vibrant pop flair, seasoned with a touch of British Invasion jangle. 🎤🌍 Jason George, the visionary behind the band, transitioned from years of power pop and 60's garage rock with his cousins to create a sound that gets everyone on their feet!
After overcoming a challenging start, The Georges gained momentum and secured regular gigs at local dance halls, culminating in a residency at the historic Gruene Hall since 2010 🎉. With a dynamic lineup featuring co-founder Dennis Fallon on lead guitar, Chris Dodds on drums, Vance Hazen on upright bass, and Jason George leading on vocals and guitar, this band is tighter and more energetic than ever!
