Join us for an empowering experience where you can Write, Create, Act, and Embroider your path to greater freedom.

Are you burdened by thoughts like "I'm not good enough," "I'm too old," or "No one will care"? These inner critics might have started as protective mechanisms, but they can become obstacles in our adult lives. This workshop offers a treasure trove of practices designed to help you disarm and redirect these challenging inner patterns.

What to Expect:

No prior experience is necessary; come as you are! The workshop will be conducted in Swedish and English, with the option to express yourself in your native language during writing exercises.

All materials will be provided, and we will take a break for fika ☕🍰. Spaces are limited to a maximum of 7 participants for an intimate experience.

Helen Larsson: A writing guide, yoga teacher, language expert, and spoken word poet with a fun and welcoming approach.
