🤝 In collaboration with Lifted Spiritss and Stray Cat Sanctuary, we're thrilled to present Round 2 of this calming experience on Saturday, April 11th, from 12:00 to 1:30 PM at Steel Goat Marketplace. For only $40 per person, you're not just participating in a relaxing class; each ticket contributes to a fantastic cause!

🧘‍♀️ What’s in store? This 90-minute class combines gentle yoga, grounding breathwork, and an extended sound bath with crystal singing bowls. Dive into a supportive atmosphere tailored to help both humans and animals find peace and relaxation.
