Join us for a soul-nourishing experience inspired by the enchanting Selkie myth, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Lindisfarne! This magical island, known for its grey seals lounging on sandy flats, is the perfect place to explore the layers of this folk tale.

• Labyrinth Walk
• Drumming
• Mindful Movement
• Journaling

We’ll conclude with a grounding sound bath to help you relax and reconnect.

🏖️ Additional Notes:

• After the retreat, enjoy a walk on the beach—perfect for dipping your toes before the tide comes in!
• The causeway can be crossed safely until 10:30 am, reopening at 15:10 pm.
• Parking is a short 10-minute walk away from our gathering spot.
• We'll break at 13:00 for 30 minutes—please consider bringing a packed lunch! Snacks and drinks will be provided.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat and blanket for the sound bath (or a chair if you prefer!)
• A journal or notebook
• A frame drum (let me know if you need to borrow one!)
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and check the weather for your beach walk!
