Dolby's contributions go beyond music; he founded Beatnik, a pioneering Silicon Valley software company responsible for the creation of polyphonic ringtone technology, influencing the mobile phone industry. 📱
As an educator, Dolby currently leads the Music for New Media program at the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University.
