This unique wild food foraging event will guide you through the abundant seasonal plants and fungi, as we collaborate to create a warming and delicious spicy rosehip stew. Perfect for a fun day out with friends or a romantic date! ❤️
Under the expert guidance of Fergus, we will explore the lush surroundings to identify various wild plants and herbs. Each participant will gather their own unique combination of ingredients that will contribute to our scrumptious wild spicy rosehips ratatouille. 🍲🌱
As we relish our meal, you’ll have the chance to engage with Fergus and Tevin about any foraging questions you might have, letting your culinary curiosity run wild! Plus, feel free to bring along your favorite wine or beer to complement our feast. 🍷🍺
Meeting Point:
Gather with us by 11am at the entrance to the Middlesex Filter beds nature reserve, located on the west side entrance along the Canal Towpath opposite Millfields park. (Check out the attached image for the entrance location!) 📍
