This immersive journey will explore all 8 Limbs of Yoga, integrating ancient wisdom with modern practice. Expect engaging content, physically empowering sessions, and profound spiritual growth. Key focuses include:

Each weekend relates to a specific mythical deity, weaving storytelling, meditation, and chanting throughout.
