This term, resident teacher Venerable Khadro will guide meditations drawing inspiration from the 16 Guidelines for Life. Whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice, all are warmly welcomed. Sessions are adapted to accommodate beginners, while offering seasoned practitioners a supportive space to maintain their regular routine.
Venerable Khadro brings extensive experience in teaching Buddhist philosophy and meditation within the tradition of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Her clear, grounded, and practical teaching style makes deep Buddhist concepts genuinely accessible to contemporary students.
