Join us for a transformative experience with H.E. Ling Rinpoche as he guides you through the profound teachings on The Four Immeasurable Thoughts—essential contemplations in the Buddhist practice that cultivate an expansive and compassionate heart. 💖✨

These contemplations include:

Loving-Kindness: Wishing genuine happiness and well-being for all beings.
Compassion: Aspiring for the freedom from suffering and its causes for everyone.
Joy: Rejoicing in the happiness and successes of others.
Equanimity: Developing a balanced concern for all beings, devoid of attachment or aversion.

These meditative practices form the foundation for bodhicitta—the altruistic intention to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all.

Teaching will be translated into English.
Limited onsite space: 70 seats—book early to secure your spot!
Enjoy warm drinks and a simple fika; feel free to bring your own lunch or visit the local vegan cafe, Mahalo.
For last-day offerings, kindly bring cash and a khata for Rinpoche.
