Join us for Soundscape and Song, a free music therapy session hosted by the Asian Mental Health Project! 🌟 Led by Board Certified Music Therapists Sarah Mori and Risa Isogawa, this workshop is designed to help you explore authentic expression through sound and storytelling.

In a warm and supportive environment, you’ll engage in active music-making practices that promote emotional expression and create a sense of belonging. No previous music experience is required — just bring your willingness to learn and explore! 💖

About the Facilitators:

Sarah Mori is a Board Certified Music Therapist with extensive clinical experience in mental health settings. She combines her expertise in Ethnomusicology and Jazz Studies to enrich the therapeutic process, ensuring a unique blend of clinical knowledge and artistic intuition.
