Birdwatching Trek: Old Cedar Ave

• Experience the beauty of nature as you explore the refuge that hosts over 100 bird species.
• The total distance is 1-2 miles covered at a leisurely pace, with plenty of stops to soak in the surroundings.
• Comfortable attire is advised, including sturdy boots for possible wet conditions on muddy trails.
• Feel free to bring your binoculars and field guides. Spotting scopes provided by volunteers will also be available.

🌿 Accessibility Information:

• Restrooms and drinking water are available seasonally, managed by the City of Bloomington.
• Dedicated handicap parking is offered, and a portable restroom will be accessible on-site.
• Note: Trail conditions may vary; paths may be muddy or snowy, and there are no benches along the trails, but rest areas can be found at the pavilion and fishing pier.
