🎶 Join us for a magnificent evening as we present Brahms' celebrated A German Requiem at the Newbury Spring Festival!
🌟 This unique performance showcases the so-called “London” version, originally crafted in 1869. Featuring both vocal and orchestral parts on keyboard, this extraordinary arrangement promises to be a powerful highlight for all attendees.
👩🎤 Under the skilled direction of conductor Tom Primrose, our outstanding Festival Chorus will be joined by two talented soloists:
- Hilary Cronin: A beloved soprano and one of today's leading vocalists.
- James Atkinson: A BBC New Generation Artist (2023-2025) and the 2022 Royal Over-Seas League Singers Prize winner.
