Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Newbury Spring Festival! 🌟 On Saturday, 16 May, at 19:30, the Philharmonia Orchestra will perform with the talented Alim Beisembayev, the 2023-25 BBC New Generation Artist and winner of the Leeds International Piano Competition.
Under the baton of rising star conductor Adam Hickox, experience the beauty of Beethoven’s lyrical 4th Piano Concerto, complemented by Mendelssohn’s captivating overture inspired by Goethe’s poem. The concert will culminate with Brahms’s formidable First Symphony, showcasing his ambition amidst Beethoven’s legacy.
