🌬️ Grof® Breathwork Weekend Workshop — Copenhagen, 11-12 April 2026

Join us for a transformative journey through Grof® Breathwork, a remarkable self-exploration and psychotherapy technique crafted by Stanislav and Christina Grof. This workshop will be held in both English and Danish.

What is Grof® Breathwork?

This method integrates elements from:

• 🌌 Modern consciousness research
• 📚 Depth psychology
• ✨ Transpersonal psychology
• 🧘 Eastern spiritual philosophies
• 🌿 Shamanism and various native healing traditions.

The unique process involves three key elements:

• ✨ Accelerated breathing
• 🎶 Evocative music
• 💆 Focused bodywork

Together, these elements foster deep emotional release and self-insight, accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness that transcend traditional talk therapy.

What to Expect:
Participants will pair up, taking turns as breathers and sitters. Each day features:

• A 3-hour breathwork session
• Mandala drawing and personal reflection
• A sharing circle for integration

Plus, a week later, we’ll reconvene online for an integration session to support your ongoing journey.

No prior experience is necessary! Grof® Breathwork is the original method as intended by Stan Grof and is practiced worldwide.
