Join us for a nurturing session focused on reconnecting with nature and creativity!
🌱 1. Opening & Grounding (30 min)
- Engage in a welcoming circle followed by a guided meditation.
- Center your breath and establish a bond with the natural world.
- Visualization: Picture yourself as a plant, rooted in soil and basking in light.
- Quietly observe a provided plant (fresh, dried, or pictured) to appreciate its unique texture, scent, and details.
🎨 2. Creative Exploration – Drawing & Reflection (1 hr)
- Draw your plant, emphasizing its roots, stem, leaves, flowers, and seeds.
- Reflect and write about its:
- Healing properties and traditional remedies
- Cultural and ancestral significance
- Symbolic or mythological meanings
- Discover how land, climate, and culture influence our understanding of plants.
- Enjoy gentle music and fika to create a warm atmosphere. No artistic experience is needed—only curiosity and openness!
🌟 3. Reflection & Integration
- Share your artwork, insights, and personal reflections.
- Engage in optional discussions on stories and shifts in perspective.
- Celebrate our relationship with plants as living beings intertwined with history and healing.

- All materials are provided, along with fika!
- Feel free to bring your own diary, sketchbook, or personal art supplies.
