Pendine to Tenby 2026

🏃‍♂️ Ready for an Adventure? Join us for a thrilling 10-mile beach run from Pendine to Tenby Sailing Club! Here's what to expect:

📍 Starting Point: We'll kick off from the large slipway at Pendine—just look for the Welsh flag!

🕛 Schedule:

• Warm-up: 12:00
• Run Briefing: 12:10
• Start Time: 12:15

🌅 You'll need to be mindful of the tide—low tide is at 0.5m at 13:40. If you can manage a 12-minute mile, you should be in good shape!

🔑 Essentials to Bring:

1. A fully charged mobile phone
2. Gloves (for scrambling on rocks)
3. Water

🌊 Run Itinerary:

• 🚶‍♂️ Set off on an outgoing tide at 12:15
• Gilman Point: Expect to get your knees wet!
• Ragwen Point: Some rock hopping is involved.
• Monkstone Point: Here, the option to go around the point is available, but be cautious!
• If you’re not at Monkstone Beach's south side by 14:10, prepare to get wet heading to Waterwynch.
• The stretch from Monkstone to Tenby will include rock scrambling, so gloves are essential!

💰 Cost: This is a FREE event! However, donations for the RNLI are welcome—last year we raised £240!
