Join us for an inspiring workshop with Marios Argiros, a seasoned Iyengar yoga teacher who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Marios has been shaped by the teachings of renowned instructors Tricia Booth and Jeanne Maslen and has honed his skills through extensive training at the Manchester and District Institute of Iyengar Yoga since qualifying in 2002. He uniquely blends his background as a professional classical musician with his yoga practice, emphasizing discipline, focus, and self-practice.

Marios has achieved the designation of Senior Intermediate Level 3 teacher and frequently travels to India for further studies with the esteemed Iyengar family at the Ramamani Memorial Institute in Pune. His teaching journey spans multiple locations, including Hertfordshire, Greece, and workshops across the UK, Europe, and even the USA.

You can participate in this enriching experience both online and in person in Stockholm. Plus, recordings will be available for a week following the workshop, ensuring you can revisit the material at your leisure.
