With over 20 years of teaching experience in Iyengar Yoga, Uday has devoted 15 years to the prestigious Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI). His journey began in the late '90s, starting his training under the guidance of legendary teachers, including Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar, his daughter Geetaji, and son Prashantji in Pune, India.

This workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen your practice in the serene setting of Träringen 47B, Göteborg.
