Join us for the 7th edition of #YouCanAlsoBeA Sound Engineer, proudly hosted by Aarhus Lydforening in collaboration with Tuborgfondet, ROSA, and Union! 🌈 This workshop is designed to share knowledge and enhance the participation of women and gender minorities in live sound engineering and music technology.

Whether you're a musician, booker, agent, or festival organizer, or even if you’re simply curious about live sound engineering, this event is perfect for you!

Workshop Highlights:

➽ Introduction to live sound
➽ Insights into digital mixers, acoustics, monitor mixing, FOH, and microphone placement
➽ Talks on sound perception at concerts and the psychology of working with musicians
➽ Hands-on experience, including exercises, sound checks, and a concert
➽ Network and meet like-minded individuals
➽ Share and exchange experiences in a welcoming environment 🌟

We particularly encourage young (16-35) female and non-binary individuals from all over Denmark who are interested in exploring the world of live sound engineering and music technology, regardless of genre. Everyone is welcome! No prior experience is required; just bring your curiosity and love for music! 🎶
