Burnout Rehab is a nurturing, in-person therapeutic group designed for those feeling exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from their sense of purpose.

• Join us for monthly gatherings in a calm, supportive environment in Gräfelfing (Munich area) where you can pause, breathe, and explore your feelings.
• You don’t need to be completely burned out to participate—any sign of burnout deserves attention.
• This is your opportunity to slow down and reflect on your current state, envision where you’d like to go, and consider what renewal means for you.

We are tired of the hustle.

In the relentless pursuit of meaning, many of us have strayed into seeking money, safety, and stature, only to strike a troubling bargain:

• Give our time, energy, and passion to the altar of success.
• Work painstakingly hard, sometimes for far too long.
• In return, we expect to find happiness atop the success ladder.

Yet, countless individuals lose sight of meaning along this journey, finding themselves exhausted and disheartened. We often feel deflated and demotivated, struggling with an emptiness that isn’t due to lack of substance but rather the toll of relentless self-pressure.

Burnout is not a personal failure, despite how it may feel. We routinely hear from numerous voices, yet we often question: why does it feel like a failure? Is it a lack of motivation? When did we run out of fuel? How do we address this state? And if you’re bold enough to seek help, does that mean you have admitted defeat?

• 💬 English-speaking group (with options for expression in your mother tongue when necessary)
