What is Shamanic Breathwork?
Founded by Linda Starwolf over three decades ago, Shamanic Breathwork integrates Holotropic Breathwork and shamanic traditions. Your journey involves circular breathing, powerful music, and bodywork, guiding you into an expanded state of consciousness. Expect a range of experiences: connecting with your higher self, exploring past lives, or even revisiting your childhood memories. Remember, it's about discovering what you need! 💚

Practical Information:

• Duration: ~1 hour of inner exploration, which may include physical responses like crying, dancing, or laughing. All reactions are welcome!
• Preparation: Bring a water bottle and eye mask, wear comfortable clothes, and avoid jewelry and perfume. Try to arrive with a light stomach and maybe even set an intention beforehand.
