About the Teacher
Natasha, an artist and yoga instructor, brings a playful style to her sessions and curates music to elevate the energy of the class. Her teachings explore embodiment and engage the senses throughout your practice. Natasha also leads Techno Yoga and Yoga & Art Workshops at Absalon.
